Account Manager Commercial Trade Services (m/f/d)

You will serve our customers by e-mail, telephone and personal contact on site and collect and manage orders and offers You accompany the integration of new customers and make a significant contribution to active and passive new customer production In your area of responsibility you create export declarations With the help of your expertise, you develop measures to increase sales and analyze the potential of our existing customer base You work closely with external transport service providers and coordinate smooth processes

You have a successfully completed commercial training with reference to the automotive industry Ideally, you have relevant professional experience and knowledge in international goods distribution High customer orientation as well as communication skills, also in English, are among your strengths (further foreign language skills are advantageous) You have good computer skills and are sure to use the common office programs You are flexible and bring the willingness to work in shiftwork (breakfast and late shifts between 07:00 and 21:00) Negotiations and organisational skills and engagement complete your profile
