As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Senior Business Analyst - Dimension Land (m/w/d) from now on and in full time at one of our BWI locations. The area of Customer Solution (CS) Land & Luft is understood as a supporter and driver of the digitization of the Bundeswehr in the dimensions of land and air. Our area supports both the military and civil organisational areas of the Bundeswehr in the operational, process and organisational challenges of digitalization. In the Dimension Land we support this transformation very actively by the Team D-LBO (Digitalization of Land-based Operations).

Conception, control and planning of integration services in the field of hardware and software as well as the development of digital solutions for applications-related systems Development and implementation management together with the Bundeswehr and industrial partners focusing on military platform, interfaces and transmission technology Translation of customer requirements (requirement management) into technical requirements as well as professional support in the development of solutions Advice and support in the integration of new solutions into existing and new processes Reporting and coordination of results with external partners as well as with customers and departments Implementation of customer workshops

Complete studies in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering or related fields At least 4 years of professional experience in IT consulting, IT service management, product development, conception or technical integration At least certification such as ITIL, IPMA, Scrum Master or comparable qualification Experience in implementing technical projects, in particular in the planning and implementation of complex integration solutions and in cooperation with interdisciplinary project teams, preferably in the public sector (military experience is advantageous) Embossed customer orientation, technical understanding and problem-solving competence Very good communication and team skills, organizational ability and careful and conscientious work German and English language skills in word and writing Travel readiness of up to 50%
