The SFB is the central component of our Reproduction.MS network, whose nucleus is the Center for Medical Genetics with the Institute for Reproductive Genetics and the Center for Reproductive Medicine and Andrology.

The SFB “Principles of Reproduction” with Frank Tüttelmann, Nina Neuhaus and Timo Strünker as spokespersons connects 31 researchers in 19 subprojects at the University of Münster, the University Hospital of Münster, the Max Planck Institute of Münster and the RWTH Aachen. Creation of budget planning and budget control calculations for the entire SFB and the subprojects Administrative support of the core team Preparation of call and cost management Examination and follow-up of expenditure taking into account the funding requirements Compilation of financial, intermediate and use evidence against funding providers Correspondence with the project managers and SFB members in all administrative matters (travel preparations, settings, use of funds) Creation of Financial Statements Compilation of reports and presentations Support in organizing seminars, workshops and conferences Document management and structured placement of project-related documents

Completed commercial training and relevant experience in finance or Experience in financial controlling and budget planning Service orientation Organisational competence, communication skills, team spirit and independent and structured working methods Ideally, SAP knowledge or readiness and ability to work quickly into the program Very good knowledge of MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
