Construction Wage / Payroll Expert (m/f) as Application Consultant (m/f) - Construction Software Solution RIB Personal

In this role, you are much more than a contact personin for support enquiries: you are an expertin, a knowledge provider and an impulse provider*in for the continuous development of internal processes, our RIB Personal software solution and our high-quality service. Experience with RIB staff is not a prerequisite; More importantly, your understanding of commercial processes in the field of building wages, payroll accounting or pay billing, as well as your ability to combine professional requirements with digital solutions. The necessary product knowledge about RIB staff is given step by step in the context of a structured incorporation.

Your new responsibility: Customer support & support You are the first contact person*in for our customers with all questions about the RIB Personal software solution. You can help them with professional/ application-related questions about building wages, wage billing and the corresponding software processes. Analyze customer requests and process them via phone, email and/or ticket system in a timely, professional and solution-oriented manner Together with our customers you develop (individual) solutions With all your activities, you can ensure high-quality and customer-oriented processing of all requests Technical Analysis & Solution Management You perform program tests as well as remote maintenance for error analysis and troubleshooting. You coordinate the processing of complex questions and escalations together with our specialist and development teams. You recognize potential challenges early and support their sustainable solution You document insights and ensure a sustainable knowledge transfer Teamwork & Continuous training You continuously develop your knowledge of building wages, wage billing, digital processes and the functions of RIB staff You share your expertise in the support team and support the continuous exchange of best practices You work closely with colleagues from support, development and product management You support building and maintaining knowledge databases, documentation and internal standards

Your profile: Complete study of business management with a focus on financial and accounting, or a commercial training/further training with appropriate qualifications.

The prerequisite for the position is sound and detectable professional experience in wage accounting. Knowledge of building wage billing is desirable

Understanding commercial processes and their digital imaging in software applications

High IT affinity and interest in digital business processes and modern software solutions

Structured and independent working and the ability to systematically analyze technical and application-related issues

Impressed communication skills and joy in direct exchange with customers

Team-oriented working and openness for new topics and continuous learning

Although the role has an advisory approach, no readiness to travel is required

Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) for the focus market in DACH; at least good English knowledge on B2 level (internal communication)
