They advise the construction and real estate management departments in matters of technical building and facility management (TGM/TFM) with regard to the perception of operator responsibility They prepare TGM / TFM framework contracts and write them out You are responsible for the specialist controlling and the control of external service providers You update and maintain the subject-specific IT applications, e.g. pitFM (CAFM) They are the contact person of the branch office and central office on technical building management issues They ensure the transfer of knowledge to other branches and the BLB NRW headquarters They work at transnational workshops with

They have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, technical facility management or in a comparable field. Further requirements: Ideally, you can already demonstrate practical experience with direct relation to real estate and/or facility management They bring high personal and professional commitment and the willingness to develop the TGM/TFM contracts strategically Embossed communication skills and safe occurrence

The common Microsoft Office products can be safely mastered; SAP knowledge and the use of software solutions in the field of CAFM are advantageous They bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the ability and willingness to guide a Service-Kfz

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
