Building, recording, monitoring and updating of risk management and project planning (termines, resources and finance) for the FAIR project Working with the development and configuration of tools necessary for project reporting and independent use of these tools for monitoring and controlling the project Take over responsibility of a plan-specific task area Organisation and moderation of project workshops, trainings and meetings associated with project planning and risk management Help to solve planning challenges by all work packages and project lines Participation in reporting on project structure, risk management, planning, status and control Create statistics, reports and error analyses Support in project planning quality management for ongoing optimization of projects Creation and maintenance of documentation, e.g. on work processes Various project-supporting tasks within the project planning and risk management group

Completed scientific or technical studies (Master/ Diploma), possibly also in the fields of physics, economic engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering Affinity for complex projects and technical facts Rasche conception and devotion to a scientific environment knowledge of standard methods and tools in project management; a PM certificate is advantageous Ideal knowledge in planisware, MS Project and MS Excel German and English skills in word and writing Learning, team skills and intercultural competence Loadability and fun in complex and dynamic tasks in the team You also work with an eye for detail and have pronounced communicative skills, a safe occurrence and social competence.

The place is limited to 4 years. The salary is based on the TVöD (Bund) collective agreement applicable to GSI. Homeoffice is possible after consultation.
