Ensuring and developing transparency in material consumption, cost allocation and production costs across projects, products and customers Analysis of material cost deviations, margin changes and operational efficiency issues Monitoring and interpretation of cost structures and material cost ratios of international production companies in a make-to-order and project manufacturing environment Improving the transparency and meaningfulness of project and customer profitability as well as identifying sources of loss in project and product calculations (Product / Project Profitability) Active cooperation as SAP FI/CO Key User (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the operating environment (SAP R/3) Translation of operational processes in resilient controlling and SAP structures Improvement of master data quality (e.g. material strains, piece lists) Close cooperation with plant management and operational areas of international sites Identification of optimization potentials in production Support for Operational Excellence Initiatives through Financial and Operational Analyses

Complete study of Business Administration / BWL, Business Engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in operational controlling / production controlling in an industrial production environment Very good SAP R/3 knowledge in FI/CO, ideally CO-PC, MM/PP Experience in make-to-order, project or complex manufacturing structures is absolutely necessary Strong analytical skills and structured working Hands-on mentality with pronounced operational understanding Experience in international cross-functional organisations Very good English skills in word and writing
