Master:in/ Technicians:in Digitalisation Netzbetrieb Gas/Water/Wärme (m/w/d)

When planning, implementing and adapting new operational systems (e.g. workforce management) you will participate You create and manage the maintenance planning for network operation in the corresponding IT systems The development and design of new working methods (e.g. vehicle-assisted pipe network verification) as well as the optimization of existing systems and processes are also part of your task You take the interface management and address the systems used in the team (e.g. WFM system, SAP modules, mobile apps, GIS etc.) You ensure high data quality in relevant systems, e.g. in plant master data, network data, and application data You will see the development and development of digital KPI dashboards as well as efficient reporting processes You're training employees in new IT systems, and you'll start understandable instructions as well as standard work instructions for daily use
