Project Manager Ramp Up Wismar (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and interdisciplinary control of the entire ramp-up process as well as the ramp-up team to build a hybrid shipyard. Complete implementation of all project phases from conception, coordination and communication to solution development to implementation and anchoring in the company. structuring the task, definition of work packages and planning of the project in close coordination with the management. Control and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams. Continuous processing of critical work packages and further development of the methods used for this purpose. Preparation of complex facts in targeted documents and ensuring the necessary stakeholder-buy-in. Moderation of workshops, management of larger groups and presentation to project customers at all levels with safe occurrence and effective communication.

2 to 3 years of experience in consulting and Construction, production or ramp-up of new structures and locations, preferably in ship or plant construction. Experience in the management of cross-disciplinary projects and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibility for (partial) projects to build new organisations, structures or companies. Graduate (Master/Diplom) in Economics/Natural Sciences, (Economics-)Informatics, Organization, People Management or Engineering. Very good analytical skills, pronounced affinity for the development and operation of complex strategies as well as strong business judgement. Secure handling of MS-Office and databases. Professional, cooperative appearance, strong communication skills in German and English as well as proven leadership and team competence, complemented by high commitment.
