The use of service providers in damage management is no longer to be considered. They are a solid component in active damage regulation and an important size to control damages. You are responsible for the selection and support of external damage service providers and are their central contact person*in You carry out and analyze market observations and evaluate individual service providers You control the negotiations of contractual agreements with our service providers, such as framework agreements You are responsible for the achievement of the agreed quality standards and performance targets of our service providers, perform a close controlling and report to the management You initiate and research the continuous improvement and standardization of our processes You work closely with the specialist departments in the house and in the group You drive forward your projects independently and actively participate in agile and classic projects
