Your post: As Junior HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you support our executives as a valuable contact person in HR topics. You are actively involved in the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and gain a comprehensive insight into the entire employee lifecycle. As Junior HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you act as a strategic stimulus for executives and develop and implement tailored HR strategies according to highest international standards. You take the holistic responsibility for the employee lifecycle – from the development of innovative recruiting and employer branding strategies to highly effective talent and performance management to sustainable organisational development and employee retention. A special focus is on the design and implementation of forward-looking human resources strategies that actively promote dynamic corporate growth and complex M&A activities. You play a central role in the strategic development of HR processes, guide company-wide transformation projects and implement innovative HR initiatives with measurable added value. With your deeper expertise, you ensure strict compliance with labour law requirements and company-wide HR standards and ensure that all personnel processes are designed to meet the highest ethical and entrepreneurial standards.

That's what you bring: First experience in HR: You have already gained first experience in HR. Studies: You are in or have completed a degree with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology or a similar subject. Interest in labour law: You already have first knowledge in labour law or are willing to further train yourself in this area. Technological interest: experience with HR technologies, ideally workday, are beneficial, but no need. Communication capability: You have good language skills in German and English and the ability to communicate in an international environment. Analytical Thinking: You are ready to use your analytical skills and determine how processes can be optimized. Team orientation: You are a real team player and want to shape the future of HR management together with us.
