June 2026 an employee for the social pedagogical management of our residential project for substituted people in the middle. The facility is centrally located and has a very good ÖPNV connection (U-Bhf. Turmstraße).

The place has a size of 31.2 hours of work (80 % RAZ) and as a parent-time representative is subject to a limited period. However, we are expressly interested in long-term cooperation. You have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills (further) and to qualify in a large search support for further leadership tasks.

Your duties include: Takeover of the technical management of the institution and responsible design of the working day Further development and safeguarding professional standards as well as active participation of our quality assurance processes Further development of our assistance services for substituted people and people with substance control problems Working with the conceptual development Staff management and personnel development Active participation in relevant bodies and networks for professional networking and representation of interests Function as an interface for public relations and support in the external representation of the institution Active cooperation in the management team of vista gGmbH Implementation of psychosocial care of substituted people
