(Senior) HR Project Manager, Focus on Absence Management (m/f/d)

That is why we want to pool the competence for this important topic of the future centrally. In this newly created role you take a key task: You develop a company-wide mistime management, design strategic measures and, together with our managers, ensure a sustainable anchoring in the company.

You analyze holistic HR metrics, identify causes of absenteeism and trends and develop meaningful reporting and target rates.

Building on this, you will develop a company-wide concept for effective short-term management, develop guidelines, training documents, and discussion guides, and guide location-specific action packages. You will also implement global and group-wide initiatives for our unit.

You control the implementation in our branches, guide executives through trainings and reviews, establish new processes and leadership rituals, and consequently ensure that measures are implemented sustainably and that best practices are exchanged between locations.

You are continuously reviewing the success of the measures initiated, analysing target deviations, conducting optimizations and creating management presentations for different stakeholders.

You work closely with our People & Culture teams as well as international contacts, network relevant actors and ensure that the issue of short-term management is looked at and successfully developed.

A successfully completed study with a focus on human resources, economic, social and health sciences or a comparable qualification.

Multiannual professional experience as a HR Business Partner or in a comparable function with well-founded knowledge in labour law, as well as experience in short-term management, in return talks and BEM processes.

Detectable experience in managing complex projects from analysis, concept development to sustainable implementation, success control and the fundamental openness for future HR projects.

A pronounced analytical capacity, high numerical affinity and the ability to derive pragmatic and effective measures from key figures.

A persuasive personality with enforcing strength, goal-sustainability and communication skills, which in particular wins executives for the topic and consistently advances changes. Very good German and good English skills and a basic readiness to travel complete your profile.
