A completed training as a state-recognized educator (w/m/d) or a comparable educational qualification, e.g. as a social pedagogue, medical education or psychologist (w/m/d) Ideally experience in team management or in a comparable responsible function Joy in working with children and young people A high level of sense of responsibility, joy of decision and initiative Embossed communication and team skills Ability to professionally accompany, motivate and develop goals together Flexibility and willingness to work in shiftwork An esteeming, reflected and solution-oriented attitude The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
