Expert in Construction Contract Law and Claim Management (m/f/d)

Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometres as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. Each motorway-kilometre has to be financed, planned and purchased at the desk and supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. In order to support our team in the Construction Contract and Corporate Law department, we are looking for you as an expert (w/m/d) Building Contract and Contract Management at the next time.

Conception and further development of structural processes, standards and work aids. Consultation of branches on construction contracts, contract processing and subcontracting. Legal examination of complex supplements and basic building contracts. Preparation of templates, reports and recommendations for action for relevant bodies. Participation in nationwide working groups and the development of new contractual models. Support for extra-judicial dispute settlement procedures and the processing of special contractual matters.

Completion of academic studies in law with the completion of the first and second state exams Multiannual experience in building contract law as well as architectural and engineering law, in particular comprehensive expertise in the fields of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) and in the handling of contracts according to the handbook for the award and execution of construction services in road and bridge construction (HVA) Multiannual professional experience in the development of major construction projects in the public sector, ideally in the field of transport infrastructure Very good understanding of technical facts

Group of charges: E15 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
