Hausmeister Facility Management (m/f/d)

You maintain the technical facilities inside and outside the company building. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the company premises and the winter service. You carry out repairs in the production areas. Control and monitoring of compliance with technical standards and requirements as well as accident prevention measures is one of your tasks. You are responsible for the documentation of damage and maintenance work on a large logistics property.

You have successfully completed craft training or have good technical knowledge. Ideally, you have a driving licence class B and forklift license. Self-employed work, flexibility and durability complete your profile. Electrical knowledge or a pronounced technical understanding are advantageous. Good language knowledge German (B2)
