Your tasks You work in challenging customer projects and accompany organizations in the further development of classic business process management to data-driven transformation across all business areas. You support customers in designing and implementing modern BPM approaches – from process design and governance to practical anchoring in the organization. You connect business, methods and technology: Together with our customers, you analyze structures, processes and data and develop pragmatic, implementable solutions. You bring new technologies – especially AI – specifically where You make processes smarter, faster and more effective. You moderate workshops and work formats in which processes are recorded, questioned and optimized specifically – focusing on measurable business impact. You work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales and support customer appointments through professional impulses, solution presentations and presentations.

Your profile Practical experience found: You have worked in customer or project-oriented roles for several years – ideally in the context of Business Process Management or Operational Excellence. Business confession: You quickly realize what organizations really are pushing forward and do not think in methods, but in solutions with real added value. Structure meets pragmatism: You can analyse complex relationships, but always stay close to implementation. Sovereign in customer contact: You step up professionally, communicate clearly and move safely on different levels of an organization. Methods are your tool – not your own purpose: experience with common modeling approaches or tools such as ARIS, Signavio or Adonis is helpful, but more important is your view for the whole. Solid professional basis: Relevant trainings and certificates we find excellent, we presume a Bachelor. What is more important to us is professional experience Very good German and English will allow you to cooperate safely in the international environment.
