Your responsibility

• Operational material processing in the division (e.g. preparation of billing documents, execution of orders etc.)
• Date monitoring and coordination
• Support for recruitment and training
• Creation of evaluations, statistics and reports
• Support of operational staff in daily business
• Communication with customers, suppliers, employees and internal contact persons
• Close cooperation with the object management for the necessary implementation of all commercial tasks
• Participation in the optimization of workflows and quality assurance

• Completed commercial training, study or a comparable degree
• Including professional experience in a comparable position
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• SAP knowledge of advantage
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing
