Quality Manager (m/f/d)

You ensure the securement of the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) by internal process and system audits and support of process owners in the continuous improvement of the implemented processes for Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Frankfurt, Fellbach, Mannheim (free choice of the headquarters) You check and process customer-specific requirements such as quality agreements, material compliance, support for customer projects related to quality topics Creation, modification and distribution of QM-relevant documents (QM documentation, process map, uniform procedures, forms, templates), certificates Support of supplier audits for service acquisition and customer audits Participation in personnel training on quality policy in the company and quality management and quality assurance in general and advice on quality management issues Close cooperation in QM with QS and QB (including complaints, implementation of customer requirements, audits) Ensuring quality requirements and timely availability of supplier certificates and other relevant documents

You have a technical vocational training or study with a technical orientation You can present several years of professional experience in a comparable position You have knowledge of methods (e.g. 8D, 5-Why, PPAP) and standards (DIN, EN, ISO) from quality management Ideally, you have experience as auditor VDA 6.3 as well as internal auditor acc. ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 You have already gained experience in standardizing processes You have very good English skills that you can safely apply in your working day Knowledge of materials technology, a high customer orientation and readiness to travel complete your profile You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
