Master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or comparable Explosive certificate desirable Multiannual leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing company Multiannual experience in the personnel planning of continuous or 3-shift operations in the industrial environment Experiences with Lean Management and KVP (5S, etc.) Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications, ideally also in software solutions for layer planning communication and problem-solving capability, as well as safe occurrence and enforcement capability
