Project management: You independently manage smaller projects, develop innovative packaging concepts and control the process from idea to implementation. Quality and cost awareness: You support us in ensuring the quality of packaging materials, check compliance with legal requirements and work closely with production to identify and implement optimization potentials. Coordination & Communication: You are one of the key players on packaging and packaging material for internal stakeholders such as production, purchasing and R&E as well as external partners. Analysis & Optimization: You help market research, perform benchmarking analyses and identify trends to continuously improve our packaging. Documentation & Specification: You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical drawings, specifications, declarations of conformity and pallet plans and tune them with the colleagues. Sustainability: You focus on researching new packaging materials and concepts and actively contribute to the development of sustainable solutions.

You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, packaging technology, mechatronics, material engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have first knowledge in packaging processes, material science, quality assurance and legal requirements for packaging materials. You are able to quickly capture complex facts, identify problems and develop solution-oriented approaches. You can easily get into teams and present your results convincingly. You are versed in dealing with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally have first experiences with CAD programs (2D/3D). You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are motivated to look over the edge of the plate, to learn proactively new things and to continuously develop yourself.
