Pedagogical Specialist - Living with Assistance (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you take responsibility for the qualified assistance and promotion of our clients. The varied tasks include: Professionally qualified assistance in the areas of everyday life management (e.g. shopping, cooking), individual basic care (e.g. personal care) and design of social relationships (e.g. care of contacts with roommates) Support for participation in cultural and social life (e.g. organisation of leisure activities) Promoting communication skills and time/space orientation Support in managing emotional and psychological challenges Health promotion and maintenance, including consultations and execution of doctor's appointments and monitoring of health Own-sponsored takeover of tasks within the framework of reference assistance Regular assessment of assistance and support needs and the identification of personal goals and support in their implementation Technical documentation of the work done Active participation in the client-oriented design and further development of the offer and the implementation of new ideas
