You analyze current and future learning needs along the entire customer journey in the store and develop tailor-made personnel development measures. In close coordination with management, executives and project management, you conduct targeted training concepts and implement them. Executives and employees advise you on all questions of personnel development in the field of acoustics and functional excellence. Strategic projects are your own responsibility from planning through implementation to success control. Together with the SME team, you measure the in-store performance against our quality standards and identify Capability Gaps. As an interface to the headquarters in Switzerland, you support the local implementation of the Global Audiology Required Standards. New industry trends keep you in mind and constantly develop the competence framework of the Academy. A pool of external trainers:inside, you build up and consider this collaboration confidently and efficiently.

You have successfully completed a training as:r Hörakustiker:in or a study of the Audiology, ideally supplemented by a further training as:r Hörakustikmeister:in. More than 10 years of professional experience in Audiology or Hörakustik will bring you, including well-founded practice in customer consulting, adaptation and sale of hearing systems. Experience in the design and implementation of trainings as well as in the coaching of auditory acoustics: inside you are distinguished. You develop effective learning formats with a pronounced designer and extensive knowledge of methods. Your high self-motivation and result orientation help you to deliver high-quality results even under time pressure. In multi-functional, multicultural teams, you will be able to communicate safely and in a targeted manner at all hierarchical levels. You can easily and understand complex content thanks to excellent presentation and training skills. Very good German and English skills (at least C1) as well as safe handling of MS Office complete your profile.
