Technical consulting and development of object-specific facade solutions Structure and control of projects in various planning and development phases Monitoring of construction projects over all phases of performance (LPH 1–8) Technical support for sales in project qualification and positioning of system solutions Support for tenders and technical documentation, design and assembly plans Implementation of pre-measures and technical plausibility of system solutions Quality assurance of technical elaborations and quantities Coordination and evaluation of external static performance Training and technical workshops Observation of market and competition developments Cooperation in the further development of the product portfolio

Complete technical studies or comparable training in the field of construction, architecture, metal construction or facade engineering Multiannual professional experience in the area of pre-hanged ventilated facades (VHF) Knowledge of substructures, fastening technology, facade materials and relevant standards and regulations Good static knowledge and experience in handling technical calculations Safe handling of AutoCAD, MS Office and ideally static and CRM systems Experience in project-related technical distribution or in the development of system solutions Embossed customer orientation as well as sovereign appearance towards architects, planners and construction companies Structured, independent and quality-oriented work Good knowledge of English readiness to travel within Germany The position can be exercised both from the room Menden and in the home office. A prerequisite is a regular personal presence at the Menden site as well as the readiness to visit customers and construction sites within Germany
