Participation in designing, monitoring and ensuring our Quality management system Monitoring and implementation of internal and external audits Care and ensuring the requirements of our quality standards IFS, QS, Bio-accreditation and more.m. Compilation of operational processes within the framework of quality assurance and their optimization Removal of microbiological samples and evaluation of the results according to the sampling plan Implementation and documentation of hygiene walks Creation and further development of employee training in the field Hygiene and quality

Complete studies in food technology or Comparative qualification (e.g. specialist for food technology (m/w/d), (m/w/d), Fleischer (m/w/d) or Ökotrophologe (m/w/d)) Ideal professional experience in quality assurance in the food industry Embossed quality and hygiene awareness Safe occurrence and enforcement Communication and team skills
