What we do

In our special youth assistance facility, 65 specialists are currently taking care of 24 behavioral boys between 11 and 17 years. We specialize in non-remote measures (FEM) according to § 1631b BGB and offer an intensive educational offer for particularly challenging children and young people, so-called "system breakers".

We have 6 male youths living on a group of residences, which are intensively supervised by 10 pedagogical staff, a psychological specialist service and group-wide a worker and an experience teacher. We encourage the boys in their free time and their hobbies, try to bring them back to school and give their lives a new direction. The most important set screws are our diversity, our cohesion and our constant effort for these young people who failed in other help settings. We are always trying to rethink our pedagogy, to involve the families, to let further education and training go into work and not to let anything indiscriminate to reach the young people entrusted to us. We need you to enrich our team.

That's what you bring

• A completed training as a social pedagoguein, educatorin, nurse*in or a comparable qualification (teacher's degree, teacher's degree)
• willingness to work in a flexible shift service with the best possible consideration of your personal wishes
• Team skills, empathy, enforcing ability, psychological resilience, openness to children and young people
• Class B licence
• Detection of personal suitability for the care and supervision of minors (proposal of an extended management certificate according to § 30a para. 2 BZRG)
• For applicants born after 1970, the proof of a complete masculine vaccination or a completed masculine disease (detection)
• Loyality towards church and deacons
