Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 750 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

Leadership and further development of financial accounting Own creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of individual companies of our group under the Commercial Code (HGB) Automatic handling of all business incidents Liquidity management Development of processes, systems and tools in financial and accounting with focus on digitization, automation (e.g. ERP optimization, reporting dashboards) Further development of employees and processes Central contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, internal and external stakeholders, audit and implementation of compliance and governance requirements Participation in strategic topics: budget and forecast planning, investment/financing decisions, analysis of key figures and deriving recommendations for management

Complete study of the business economy with a focus on accounting or comparable qualification Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the preparation of qualifications, auditing or in a comparable position Management experience Knowledge in the ERP system Nevaris desirable Very good knowledge of tax law and the Commercial Code Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel, Power Pivot/Power BI) and experienced handling of reporting tools or Financial analysis software High digital affinity, interest and ability to modernize, automate and scale processes practice-oriented, independent and self-responsible operation; strong team and communication skills, reliability and a high level of responsibility Impressed entrepreneurial thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to actively participate in change and growth processes
