Focus: Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations About us: As a leading medium-sized company in food retailing in the region, we are in a crucial phase of our digital development. Currently, we introduce Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a company-wide ERP system. In parallel, we are driving forward the consistent digitization and standardization of our business processes. We design our company with as simple, efficient structures and flat hierarchies as possible – supported by a cross-disciplinary sense of responsibility that requires cooperation and self-initiative. In order to control this highly complex phase, we are looking for a powerful and dynamically acting personality for the project management at the next possible time.

You take over the overall project management for the company-wide introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You control all subprojects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and bear the responsibility for a successful rollout. The role combines clear project responsibility with a deep understanding of our processes in retail. You not only design a system but how our company will work in the future. Your area of responsibility: Overall responsibility for time, budget and quality of the ERP project. Control and coordination of all subprojects (finance, supply chain management, CRM, etc.). Leadership of internal project teams and close cooperation with the departments. Control of the external implementation partner. Making decisions on target conflicts (e.g. standard vs. individual requirements). Ensure that processes in the system are simple, efficient and feasible. Preparation and reporting to the management.

You can structure, prioritize and implement complex topics. You occur safely, recognize resistances early, moderate different interests and lead to decisions. You understand how processes in everyday life actually work and implement what is practical. Their working style is characterized by a very high self-responsibility, operational start-up mentality and a strict focus on a timely realization. You always examine alternatives in terms of economic benefits. Efficiency and pragmatism lead your action more than perfection.
