Further development and implementation of an integrated talent management strategy to ensure long-term talent acquisition and development Development and introduction of concepts and projects in close cooperation HR Business partners and business areas Responsibility for a Positive Candidate and Employee Experience Further development of the recruiting strategy to ensure staff needs and gain the best talents Leadership and further development of HR Recruiting and Talent Development (approx. 30 employees) Ensuring staff needs at the right time in quality & number Responsibility for innovative strategic and operational talent development measures for long-term employee retention and development as well as for young talent development Continuous development and implementation of employer branding and personal marketing activities Expansion and control of Active Sourcing Management of the performance management process to promote a performance-oriented corporate culture Further establishment of recruiting and talent development standards and services as well as further development of the service provider portfolio and partner management

Complete study of business management or comparability as well as leadership experience in recruiting as well as talent management (at least 7 years); ideally experience in the retail industry Multiannual experience in operational recruiting as well as excellent operational experience and diagnostic skills especially in the implementation of assessment centers and interviews Track Record in controlling an efficient recruiting and comprehensive talent management approach Experience in implementing holistic performance management and succession management processes Experience in leading large teams and implementing change management projects Communication-strong and winning leaders with strategic vision combined with hands-on mentality Embossed stakeholder management skills and team orientation High structural orientation, pronounced analytical skills and implementation strength Agile, flexible and innovative thinking and digitalization skills Integrity and role model function for corporate values Quick understanding, commitment and social intelligence Passion for shaping a positive employee experience English and German language skills
