Accounting of the SPNV traffic contracts (recovery, consolidation and plausibility of accounting-relevant data, timely preparation of annual accounts and monthly invoices, coordination with the subcontracting departments as well as the responsibilities, preparation of forecasts and bills, e.g. for controlling and annual accounts) Analysis, development and optimization of cross-departmental accounting processes Monitoring and updating of SPNV traffic contracts (evaluation and assessment of operational and financial impacts, monitoring of contractual rights, obligations and deadlines, coordination and verification of supplementary agreements) Support for SPNV traffic alerts and various project related activities

Complete studies (e.g. transport, economic engineering, business management) or a comparable qualification Ideally first experiences in the SPNV area or in contract management Good computer skills and secure application of MS Office, especially with Excel High data affinity and good understanding of complex relationships Careful, independent and team-oriented working Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking Communication strength
