Core business: You are responsible for creating needs-based schedules and ensure monthly hourly billing Personal organization: You conduct professional employees, conduct regular employee and assessment talks and answer the onboarding Reporting: You first compile monthly statistics and report to the commercial management Operational organization: You ensure the implementation of service offers, take care of the procurement of the necessary resources and answer the cash registers Development: You anticipate the optimisation of processes relating to personnel planning, in particular with a view to the introduction, supervision and data management of a service planning program to be used in the future,

Professional experience: You have several years of experience in staff disposition in a service company with housing services, building services or house management Qualification: You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, in the crafts/technical sector or in facility management, ideally with specialized training such as “audited object manager (HWK)” or certification of industry associations, and you have a class B driving licence Prerequisites: independent, responsible and careful work, safe and self-confident appearance combined with a high level of empathy and persuasive power as well as team- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
