Your duties In our global People & Culture organization, you are responsible for the operation and further development of all services that we offer across the Group via the SAP SuccessFactors Module Performance & Goals. The focus is on the new development or revision of the Group-wide services Goal Management, employee talks, development plans, talent management, 360° feedback, succession, continuous performance, calibration. This is done in agile cooperation with the People & Culture Performance & Growth and the People & Culture Business Partner Organisation. The focus of your task is on the development and implementation of the services in SuccessFactors as well as on their communication and training, with the aim of bringing complexity and usability into a balanced relationship. Ideally, you can cover most of the work you need in SuccessFactors, or supported by internal capacities. There are also partnerships with appropriate consultants.
Your profile In addition to successfully completed university studies or comparable training, you have experience in the HR/P&C area, affinity for the design of HR processes and HR IT systems. Experience as an expert for SAP SuccessFactors is a prerequisite, the multiannual experience in the Performance & Goals module and experience in creating Story Reports for this module is desirable. Experiences with other SF modules or with other HR applications are a plus. Due to the frequent communication with your partners in the regions, you bring very good English and good German knowledge in word and writing.
