We provide and organise staff-centric and inclusive services for clients with mental illness, disabilities and addiction diseases in the Stormarn district of Hamburg as well as in other locations in Schleswig-Holstein. For our outpatient and semi-stationary team at the Bargteheide site we are looking for reinforcement as Social education in, social worker in or educator *in (m/w/d) Working environment At the Bargteheide site, we provide participation services for people with mental illnesses and/or addiction. In our multi-professional team, we support, support and advise our clients in implementing their personal goals. We think of the human being and provide our services individually and socially oriented. Both outpatiently in each of our own hustle and bustles as well as in our living and house communities.
