You control the “Musterbau” department to ensure the model and test specimen production The technical organization of trade fair appearances as well as the construction, degradation and equipment of trade fairs is one of your core activities They ensure the product quality by applying the valid standards and guidelines in pattern design The professional and organizational management of the five assigned employees They support the development, development and introduction of window systems The implementation of specialist training in the field of window technology for internal and external employees and customers in coordination with the specialist departments is not a new country for you

You have a completed training, ideally to the Glaser (m/w/d) in the field of window and glass facade construction or a comparable training as well as a master training based on it As a master, ideally in the field of PVC window manufacturing, you could deepen the above mentioned activities in recent years You have first leadership experience – your valuable way motivates your team to achieve good results You have good MS Office skills You have very good German and first English knowledge in word and writing
