You will be supported by visionary colleagues who share their pioneering spirit. ''Software & AI' develops innovative, pioneering concepts and products for the future of Mercedes-Benz. In the Team Future Customer Software Innovations we develop software innovations around the vehicle. In addition to seamless integration of digital customer functions, this includes AI-based features and intelligent in-car experiences. We work closely with other fields of research and development as well as with the corporate strategy and sales in order to coordinate and pursue our visions together. In your internship, you will support the Future Customer Software Innovations team in managing, coordinating and developing innovation projects in the field of In-Car AI. Your specific tasks include: You support the control, coordination and further development of innovation projects focusing on In-Car AI and Agentic AI workflows in the vehicle You research current developments in the field of artificial intelligence, evaluate their relevance for our projects and guide action recommendations You actively promote the improvement of existing work processes through the targeted use of AI tools and share your findings in the team You prepare dates and committees in content and make sure the documentation You first manageable project and decision documents in PowerPoint (Timelines, Status Reports, Steering Decks) You support the maintenance and follow-up of project plans, milestones and work packages In implementing the OKR method (Objectives and Key Results) for the planning process The activity can begin from May 2026.

Course in Economic or Technical Studies First practical experience through previous internships or student work Experience or strong interest in project management and coordination Very good knowledge in handling GenAI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Word Self-contained, structured and result-oriented working methods High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and readiness to learn
