Master data management tool (including time recording) Creation of internal employee information Management of absences (judgment, illness, innocence, accident reports) Contact for employees Creation of work contracts Preparation and maintenance of the payroll bill in cooperation with the Payroll department Creation of monthly statistics and HR reporting Planning and implementation of the BEM process as well as post-processing/problem solution Creating all certificates Implementation of various HR projects Planning and implementation of occupational medical examinations as well as management training and maintenance of training centres Management of contracts and document management

Your profile: Professional training or a comparable qualification, ideally in the personnel sector Good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office programs German and English skills Including professional experience in a corresponding or similar activity Social competence and number affinity / work with KPI's Organizational institution Analysis and problem-solving strength Innovative thinking and communication strength
