You actively promote the introduction of new features, piloting and rollouts and act as a driver of innovation:in the entire bank. You accompany technical new and remodeling measures in our branch network and control external service providers. You support our team in 2nd level support, analyze technical problems, troubleshoot and develop sustainable solutions. You are responsible for your ICT assets, document them carefully and ensure compliance with all relevant compliance, security and regulatory requirements – in close coordination with governance and security. You identify vulnerabilities, assess risks and initiate necessary measures to increase information security. You conduct ICT controls, create risk analyses and develop meaningful KPIs to control your areas of responsibility. With training and internal training, you strengthen the technical know-how of our employees. That makes you: You bring several years of experience in IT administration, system engineering or system engineering – ideally in the context of the cooperative financial group. You know yourself in the Microsoft‐365 ecosystem (including Exchange Online, Teams) and have experience with virtualization (VMware), cloud architectures, identity management and modern security concepts.
