Senior Expert Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

For our Corporate Communications department we are looking for you as an experienced personality that actively develops our internal communication. Together with executives and departments, you develop communication that not only informs, but gives orientation, accompanies changes and supports the implementation of our strategic corporate goals. You recognize relevant topics, develop effective communication measures and implement them independently. You design, control and implement communication measures with a focus on internal communication You continuously develop targeted formats, content and storytelling approaches You support department management as a savings partner in strategic topics and management communication You create effective content for different channels and formats – from management messages and intranet contributions to events You advise and accompany departments, executives and international stakeholders communicatively You control cross-border communication projects and work closely with external partners and service providers You support external corporate communication and media work

You have a successfully completed study of communication, media, economic or human sciences or a comparable qualification You have at least five years of professional experience in corporate communication, PR, editorial staff or in a communications agency You bring comprehensive experience in the development and control of internal communication measures across different formats and channels You convince with a pronounced design strength and the ability to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible and targeted manner You draw your attention through excellent writing skills, a sense of relevant topics and effective storytelling You are confident and have experience in working with executives as well as different internal and international stakeholders You think strategically, introduce creative ideas and convince by a high level of implementation
