In a dynamic and growing financial group, the Department of Law, Board Office & Privacy advises the Group companies of the German financial group of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale with the main brand TARGOBANK AG on the way to a universal bank in all legal matters and serves as an interface to foreign companies of the group. The department consists of several specialist areas with currently about 50 employees. You take over the comprehensive legal and regulatory advice of the TARGOBANK in complex banking issues In this respect, you support the Management Board and the departments of TARGOBANK in the development of new and existing business areas towards a universal bank operating in all relevant product areas. A focus will be on consumer law and cooperation with financial intermediaries and cooperation partners. The operational business activities advise and accompany you closely and have a thorough compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and at the same time always the customer interest in the eye at all relevant steps They work together in the team with other experienced colleagues, both from the legal venue established in specialist groups and from other departments of the bank and external law firms. They have relevant professional experience, like acquired in a law firm or the legal department of a financial institution, insurance or an investigator. Alternatively, look for the II. State exams to enter the financial industry and have first practical experience from the Referendariat or legal ancillary activities in the aforementioned legal areas You have completed your legal training ideally with appropriate orientation and at least one predicate exam They are a solution-oriented team player and value collegiality and efficient action They show self-initiative, persuasiveness and decision-making strength You have the view and understanding of economic relations You have the ability to communicate even complex legal issues visually and addressably and it is fun to share this knowledge You have a strong sense of understanding, classifying and minimizing legal risks They master the English language in a safe manner. French language skills are very welcome, but no requirement
