Operations Assistance (m/f/d)

You are the friendly voice on the phone and first contact person for our clientele – competent, helpful and service-oriented.

You support our service team in organizational and commercial tasks.

You create sales files, edit the correspondence with the admission service and completed sales confirmations as well as further documents.

You do the correspondence, process customer requests and check invoices.

You take care of the preparatory accounting, create customer bills, monitor the Mahnwesen and maintain holiday lists.

You coordinate the output and withdrawal of our rental cars and ensure a smooth operation.

You have completed commercial training.

You own the class B licence.

You convince by friendly appearance, team spirit and positive radiance.

You describe themselves as communicative and the customer is at the heart of you.

You work independently and conscientiously.
