Professional and personal leadership of the Interne Kommunikation team, including staff/team development, feedback and promotion of modern, self-organized working methods Part of the leadership team of the Communication + Marketing department and active cooperation with senior management topics Responsible for the internal communication strategy, deriving the corresponding concepts, messagings and measures coordinated with the natural energy Corporate Newsroom Strategic and target group-focused control and further development of internal communication channels (intranet, employee mailings, events, etc.) Monitoring and analysis of the measures carried out and deriving appropriate optimization and prioritisation measures Responsibility for the budget management of internal communication

Multiannual professional experience in corporate communications, in particular internal communications Experience in the communication control of cross-departmental projects and switching of change processes First leadership experience and clear, empowering leadership Good voice and enthusiasm for storytelling Growth Mindset, openness and a sovereign handling of complex stakeholder landscapes Successfully completed university studies (communication, journalism, etc.)
