Assistant / Advisor to the Managing Partner (m/f/d)

You support managing shareholders in strategic and operational tasks You create concepts, analyses, basis of decision and presentations You are responsible for the independent implementation of projects in often self-selected areas of interest and support various specialist departments in the responsibility of the managing partner You act as an interface between the managing partner and its direct employees (m/w/d) You take over the pre- and post-processing (in particular creation of result logs) of appointments and meetings at management level (m/w/d) to ensure and manage the repositioning of open tasks of individual experts and executives You are responsible for cross-selling potential analyses and in close cooperation with our branches and regional directors

You have to demonstrate a successfully completed study of business management or a comparable university degree You have a high affinity for business relations, a pronounced analytical understanding and are an organizational talent You are characterized by your entrepreneurial thinking and proactive and self-initiative action You are very safe in handling MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook You have good English skills in word and writing A communicative and binding occurrence, an independent and structured way of working, team capacity, flexibility, enforcement ability and commitment complete your profile
