Senior HR Controller (m|w|d) Job ID 78798 | Location Heidenheim

You are responsible for the group-wide control and further development of relevant HR key figures and create transparency about personnel costs and workforce structures. As a strategic business partner, managers and HR stakeholders advise on personal business issues and support data-based decisions. You create forecasts, budget planning and scenario analyses and identify opportunities, risks and performance drivers at an early stage. You continuously develop a modern HR reporting with meaningful KPIs, dashboards and management analyses. You actively promote the digitization and automation of controlling processes and the expansion of People Analytics and AI-based solutions. In addition, you support strategic transformation initiatives and prepare decision-relevant analyses for top management.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling, finance, human resources management or a comparable qualification. At least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in international HR/personal controlling, will award you. You will know the work in the international group environment first hand. You have a well-founded knowledge of data-based corporate governance and forecasting, reporting and KPI management processes. The handling of modern BI, reporting and analytics solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle HCM) is a matter of course for you and you bring a high affinity to digital topics. You convince with pronounced analytical strength, conceptual thinking and the ability to translate complex relationships into concrete recommendations for action. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a sovereign appearance as a Sparring partner at different management levels complete your profile.
