Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Planning and coordination of international transport
• Monitoring of scheduled handling of transports and ensuring compliance with delivery dates
• Creation and verification of transport documents and customs documents
• Communication and negotiation with freight forwarders, carriers and customers
• Processing of complaints and damages
• Analysis and optimization of existing logistics processes to increase efficiency
• Maintenance and updating of the transport data in the corresponding IT systems

Your qualifications:

• A completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in transport logistics, ideal in the international environment
• Secure handling of MS Office and experience with logistics software
• English knowledge of word and writing, other foreign languages are advantageous
• A high level of sense of responsibility and a strong communication capability
