Then our support teams turn to it and provide technical assistance, both nationally and internationally. The technology specialists in our offices develop, plan and document on- and offshore work. You are responsible for the technical support of our service technicians in the field, both nationally and internationally You take over the development of repair processes and the related requirements for our purchase and disposition Your tasks include the development, planning and documentation of repairs on electronic components of wind turbines You take control and evaluation of expert opinions, service and maintenance reports etc. according to technical and commercial aspects You are responsible for developing product improvements and problem solutions

You have a completed training as an electrician or mechatronic (m/w/d) and, if necessary, a further training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) You could ideally gain experience as a service technician (m/w/d) or in technical support for Siemens® wind turbines You have a strong communication skills and your German and English skills are good in word and writing You are safe in MS Office applications You are happy to work in the team and travel activities You have a pronounced service orientation and are committed, independent, resilient and analytical
