SPA receptionist (m/f/d)

As a well-being expert, you advise guests professionally in the selection of spa and fitness offers. You carry out efficient appointment coordination and planning for the masseurs, therapists, beauty specialists and fitness trainers. You accept requests for change from the guests regarding already booked applications. You work closely with all employees of the SPA area. You will delight our guests for the care products of our depot partners as well as for the offers from the SPA and fitness area and actively offer them. You always convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to the guests.

A completed training in the hotel sector or in the service sector or relevant professional experience Ideally a training in the field of wellness, cosmetics or massage, e.g. wellness adviser A positive radiance and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues A competent and warm appearance A responsible way of working A sincere hospitality and service orientation Communication and team skills High own initiative and sales talent Good knowledge of English
