Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for technical detailing and the successful implementation of all technical subtasks of system development projects in the maritime communications sector Planning, design, control and monitoring of the development of communication systems in the project with close cooperation with the technical core team and cooperation with the project management and the commissioner Perception of the function as a central respondent for internal and external stakeholders: Coordination of the timing of technical content and ensuring the timely course of all relevant development steps Ensure compliance with the budget, schedule and quality of the technical project components

University degree in electrical engineering, shipbuilding, physics, computer science or a comparable subject as well as professional experience in the development of communication systems, ideally in a leading position or a comparable, relevant field of activity applying a sound, scientific approach and familiarity with classical and agile management and development methods; Experience in the security and defence sector is beneficial Safe handling of MS Office for documentation, planning and presentation as well as the ability to document and communicate safely in English Ideally certified according to GPM/IPMA Level C or as Certified System Engineer Level C Persuasion through strong, binding communication, high abstraction capacity, illustrative communication of complex content, a proactive and independent way of working as well as targeted, decision-making
