Personnel Development Officer (m/f/d)

Together with the executives, you analyze the annual training needs at the Offenburg site and develop target group-specific, group-wide training offers. You advise and accompany managers in the design and implementation of team-related and individual personnel development measures – from the selection of external trainers to the organisation and validation of the training. You develop internal training and workshops and carry out them as a trainer if necessary. You will ensure the smooth administrative handling of all training measures – from the supply pick-up, auditing, effectiveness control to complete documentation of the training. You are in regular exchange with international colleagues to develop group-wide programs and innovative training formats. You develop concepts for promoting sustainable and balanced demographic development within the group of companies.

You have a degree in business management, pedagogy or a comparable training and training with the focus on personnel development. You bring relevant professional experience in the field of personnel development. You have strong conceptual skills in connection with pronounced communication skills and empathy. You have moderation experience, are solution-oriented and work independently. You speak fluent German and have very good English skills.
