We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) for the central office in Frankfurt am Main as part of the expansion and direct switching.

settlement of demanding wage and salary bills for selected customers Ensuring and continuous optimization of payroll processes at the site Team leadership & knowledge development, coaching, mentoring and targeted sharing of payroll know-how within the team Support in the technical integration of new colleagues Promoting cross-site knowledge sharing with other Senior Payroll Specialists Close technical cooperation with Customer Service as Sparringspartner Staff development & personnel topics, feedback and development talks in coordination with the management Technical support for personnel decisions

A completed commercial training and multiannual experience in pay billing or Staff administration Knowledge of tax and social security law Very good user knowledge of a billing system Embossed communication and consulting expertise to team and customers Structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious operation Strong stakeholder management and high problem solving capability Fun and interest in digital (HR) transformation
