In a double-head with clear responsibilities, you share the overall responsibility for the deacons and its subsidiaries. With the commercial management, you will conduct the work and the subsidiaries in a strategic, conceptual, human and business perspective. As a management with a social-diaconical focus, you are particularly responsible for the areas of child and youth assistance, work and housing. Your responsibility lies in the design of the social-diaconical profiling of the entire organization. They represent the association inwards and outwards, maintain contact with municipalities, the public as well as other interest groups and control the networking with church circles and communities.

They have an academic qualification in social work, social education, social management or comparable, paired with a diaconic qualification. Your well-founded expertise and multi-year leadership experience in the field of child and youth assistance, work and/or living enable you to take over the management of the deacon and its subsidiaries. As an experienced manager, you maintain an appreciation and participative leadership style and work confidently with the commercial management, the second management level and other employees.
